DJI Agriculture introduces the new <\/span>DJI Agras T55<\/b>, a drone designed to simplify various agricultural tasks through a lighter frame, high application capacity, and greater ease of use.<\/span><\/p>\n

Equipped for <\/span>spraying, spreading, and lifting loads<\/b>, the T55 combines features designed to meet a variety of needs in a single device.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. High-Flow Spraying<\/b><\/h2>\n

The DJI Agras T55 features a <\/span>50-liter spray tank<\/b> with an operational capacity of 50 kg.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the standard configuration, it uses two centrifugal spray nozzles and achieves a maximum flow rate of<\/span> 40 L\/min<\/b>. For applications requiring a higher volume, it can be equipped with an optional configuration of four spray nozzles, increasing the flow rate to <\/span>50 L\/min<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The droplet size can be adjusted between <\/span>50 and 500 \u03bcm<\/b>, allowing the application to be tailored to different field conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Increased Dispersion Capacity<\/b><\/h2>\n

For applying solids, the <\/span>DS80L<\/b> dispersion system offers a capacity of <\/span>80 L<\/b> and supports up to <\/span>55 kg<\/b> of payload.<\/span><\/p>\n

The maximum output can reach <\/span>400 kg\/min<\/b> for compound fertilizer, with an effective spreading width between 3 and 10 meters.<\/span><\/p>\n

The system also allows for working with different granule sizes through specific auger configurations, increasing versatility in the application of fertilizers, seeds, and other compatible materials.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Easier to transport between plots<\/b><\/h2>\n

Capacity does not necessarily mean greater logistical complexity.<\/span><\/p>\n

One of the highlights of the Agras T55 is precisely its <\/span>lighter, transport-friendly design<\/b>. The new design incorporates additional handles that allow a <\/span>single operator<\/b> to load or unload the equipment from a vehicle.<\/span><\/p>\n

When fully folded, the drone measures <\/span>1120 \u00d7 896 \u00d7 934 mm<\/b>, making it easy to transport and prepare for field work.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. A Piece of Equipment for Various Agricultural Tasks<\/b><\/h2>\n

The T55 is not limited to applying liquids or solids. The platform also supports <\/span>lifting operations for loads up to 40 kg<\/b>, allowing the same equipment to be used in different scenarios.<\/span><\/p>\n

This versatility makes it possible to consolidate various needs into a single platform and adapt the configuration to the task at hand.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Enhanced Navigation and Safety Support<\/b><\/h2>\n

The safety system has been updated to provide smoother navigation around obstacles.<\/span><\/p>\n

While working on a plot, the T55 can identify certain vertical obstacles, such as <\/span>trees and poles<\/b>, record their positions, and use that information later for automatic route planning.<\/span><\/p>\n

The equipment also features various lighting systems to improve visibility of the drone and the surrounding area in low-light conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Designed to operate in high temperatures<\/b><\/h2>\n

The new <\/span>Onboard Battery Heat Sink<\/b> system was developed to help maintain consistent battery performance even in high-temperature environments.<\/span><\/p>\n

The T55 can use two smart batteries: the lighter <\/span>20 Ah DB1050<\/b>, suitable for regular agricultural work, or the <\/span>30 Ah DB1580<\/b>, designed for scenarios that benefit from longer flight endurance.<\/span><\/p>\n

This flexibility allows the power configuration to be tailored to the specific requirements of each application.<\/span><\/p>\n
