What is DGERT certification?
The Directorate-General for Employment and Labor Relations (DGERT) is an autonomous central agency under the direct administration of the State, which assists the State in developing “policies related to employment, vocational training and certification, and labor relations.”
Being a training organization certified by the DGERT means that the training organization’s procedures and practices meet specific quality standards for training. The company follows guidelines and standards that ensure the entire training process is conducted to a high standard of quality.
To this end, the DGERT is responsible for coordinating the system for regulating professions and recognizing professional qualifications; certifying training providers; promoting social dialogue; and overseeing labor relations.

It is important to note that attending the courses does not exempt participants from obtaining certification from the National Civil Aviation Authority (ANAC), whose free e-learning training is based on the laws and regulations governing the use of drones. Furthermore, we are an entity recognized and certified by ANAC to offer the STS01 and STS02 courses.
Our courses are designed to enhance the skills of UAV trainees and remote pilots in the areas of UAV operations and equipment, and to help them apply these skills in a professional setting.

There are no formal prerequisites for enrolling in introductory drone courses. However, it is important to have an affinity for technology and an interest in learning about drones.
What type of certificate is offered?
We offer certificates of completion for successfully completed courses. Our certificates are recognized by the DGERT.
How do I sign up for the course?
1. Go to the HPDRONES ACADEMY platform link and select the course you want.
2. After accessing the course page for the course you want, select the option: REGISTER.
3. Sign up on the HPDRONES ACADEMY platform.
4. Select the share price and payment method.
5. Make the payment using the payment method and reference number generated by the system.
Are the courses taught in person or online?
Our courses are offered both online and in person, combining online theory classes with hands-on fieldwork.
Does HPDRONES ACADEMY provide drones for training, or do I need to have my own drone?
HPDRONES ACADEMY provides the drone during hands-on classes for student training.
Do I need a license to fly commercial drones after completing the course?
Obtaining the ANAC certificate after completing the course is essential for operating commercial drones.
