Solución GNSS inercial: SBG Quanta Micro
The YellowScan Mapper Ultra features an SBG Quanta Micro inertial GNSS solution that ensures high precision and accuracy of 2.5 cm. Its multi-echo technology allows for the capture of up to 7 echoes per shot, significantly improving data quality, especially in environments with dense vegetation. In addition, it is capable of generating up to 500,000 shots per second, reaching a maximum of 3,500,000 points per second under optimal conditions.
Operational performance and procurement capacity
In terms of operational performance, the system offers a scan rate of between 50 and 250 lines per second and a typical flight speed of 10 m/s. It can operate at a typical flight altitude of up to 241 meters, although the maximum recommended altitude is 120 meters, depending on acquisition conditions. At an altitude of 50 meters and a speed of 5 m/s, it is capable of achieving a density of up to 150 points per square meter.
Laser Sensor Specifications and Data Acquisition
The laser sensor has a range of up to 640 meters and operates at a wavelength of 1535 nm, with a field of view of 75°. These features enable the capture of detailed data over large areas while maintaining good ground penetration. The system also incorporates an RGB camera with a global shutter, which facilitates the acquisition of complementary visual information.
